Pre-heat deep fryer to 375.

In a medium-size bowl follow instructions for preparing the tempura batter.  Rinse your broccoli and place  broccoli florets in the tempura  batter a few at a time.  Let the excess batter drip off then drop broccoli florets in the deep fryer. Cook until golden brown, put them  on a paper towel on plate. You can dip them in ranch sauce or sweet-and-sour sauce.
